Title: Salmon - Summit & Cast Iron
Post by: xring01 on October 04, 2022, 05:32:47 PM
Yeah baby, look at that crust... thats not salmon skin...

Cast Iron Skillet with a some grape seed oil, salmon with my favorite lemon n pepper rub, cooked at 400 degrees for 6 minutes a side. Using lump oak charcoal and 2 chunks of hickory.

Served with a pad of butter, a bit more lemon pepper and broccoli.

I have never pan seared salmon.
That looks great, going to have to try that.

I will diffently have to try this. Pan seared is new to me i love that color, and the meat stills looks flakey. Great plate shot.
Now I am really Hungary.
