Hello everyone! I'm Joe. I'm originally from WNY, but am now miserable six months a year outside of Atlanta.

I currently have 6 Weber grills; a 2000 era 22 in Original which may become a firepit (it's very rough), a One Touch Platinum with the single side table, a newer Master Touch, and a Performer Deluxe from this year. My gas grills are a Genesis 1000 that's my current project and a Spirit E-310 with the Horizontal burners.

This site is a great wealth of knowledge. I can't wait to dig in even more.
