Little photo shoot before cooking started.
Had some family over the other night for a family roast.
Decided to do an Aussie roast leg of lamb with all the fixings.
Decided I'd cook on both my 50s grills.
The '58 49er and the '59 Texan.
It was the first cook on the Texan since doing a full resto.
Both ran super hot and cooked perfectly.
Dinner was delicious and demolished by all!
Seriously love these grills!!!(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211027/c34428f4a61a9f8ad6667f1a82afe963.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211027/66e48a6404efc54a3cf662f34e252caa.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211027/0a13ea8ee494196753c1da7b639bc4e5.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211027/b6b62dc8453c7a29e9af9628d8f5f5ab.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211027/2d12930c84d9b5b044eab37a2477417c.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211027/037da469df97df9ef7467464056b613b.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211027/c43247fb11e38ea50cedb4574ed3941d.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211027/5f362ce0d202444a12c2e90079bf17e1.jpg)
