Super easy to make jerky in a WSM. Made some today. My first attempt at deer jerky as I had only done beef in the past. Roughly 4 hrs at 170 degrees. Came out great.
Marinated with Worcestershire sauce, beer, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.
