Hi guys, new guy from Australia here.
Came across the site trying to id my kettle, I purchased from a local junker near me.
Looking at the catalogs here I have realised I have a Franken Kettle, mish mashed together parts.
Will post about soon, with images.
I have 2 bbq, a 4 burner all grill gas bbq, with hood and side burner, nothing fancy.
Plus the Franken kettle. Have low n slowed on both, utilising indirect cooking and smoke.
