Wow! You got a book too??? That cheap bastard only sent me a calendar.
First off thanks to all those who have already ordered and received their calendars!
Please note that calendar sales are currently on hold as the price from the printer has gone up significantly. If you REALLY want a copy I can order them direct but they are expensive - I will have to look into pricing on a per-order basis as qty's etc make a big difference in final cost.
Please contact me either way if you are interested and I will keep a list of members who still want one. Hopefully in the near future I can secure another larger order and offer them at the original price.
