Does anyone have experience using the Kettle Pizza or Pizza Que on a weber with an Impresa Grommet? I can't find a reliable source for the max temp on the grommets and am worried I'll melt it. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BC4TYQ5/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza)
I have wondered about this as well. I installed the same grommet. Hope to get one of the pizza accessories here soon.
Just make sure the temp probe you slide through that thing will read/handle super high temps.
