... if you're familiar with self and my collection you know I have an affinity and sweet tooth for chocolate. I've long wanted a chocolate cga but let's be honest the likelihood of someone who has one letting go of it or stumbling into one is not very high. The mothership k code rancher left in trade on the weber express doen to San Diego last week... the trade covered cost in a k code NIB CGA, post to and fron Independence Porcelain Enamel and cost of porcelain. Today it arrived and I am beyond impressed and happy with their quality of work and customer service, even with an impatient fuck like yours truly.
Tomorrow using the offset plate imported from the boys down under I'm throwing down a reverse seared 2 plus pound Piedmontese tomahawk.
Kettle karma is real and their are a lot of amazing people in these forums. I am beyond grateful for finding WKC and the connections made around this amazing cooking sphere. Thanks again Charlie for the slaps, i think this one is perfect on the table. Peace. Grill Therapy

I definitely think they are up to the task... working with them was a joy, honsetly. All done through fb messenger and he always responded within a few hours.
