Can't wait to break these Grill Grates in tomorrow on some ribeyes. Breaking in the SnS Xl right now on some meatloaf. I did a dry test run out of boredom with this social distancing on the sns last week

You're going to love that SNSXL. Mine is permanently parked in my 26. Put a drip pan under the indirect side and you're set.
