Anyone hear anything about a new 24-inch model being introduced, in a color called "ocean blue?"

The Summit charcoal grills are 24", that's the only thing I could find. Maybe they are popular enough to start adding color options.

If they do then it might get a little tempting to pay something close to retail.  I am still waiting for that heck of a deal Summit to come along.  I have seen a few but bad timing and distance have made me miss out.

The Deep Ocean Blue is the new Master Touch color for this year - still 22.5"

It appears to be a very deep blue with no purple tone like other late model blues.

It's a really sharp looking grill based on the pics!

I'm wondering if the Nov 2020 date is legit... I'll see if I can find out any more info on ETA

I believe they are built in the USA, the parts are however sourced from elsewhere.

I'm really surprised Weber is bringing colors back to the Kettle. While the new style isn't my style, bravo Weber!

I might cave if they make the beautiful mid 90's light gray color again. I'd like to see this blue in person.

I think I love it, but I will probably wait a bit for more pictures to roll in. Unfortunately I kind of doubt I will be able to see one face to face unless I happen to make a stop at a bigger store away from home or see one at a meet up. 

I have the spring green coming this week. I probably won't assemble until Christmas  but will check the lid and bowl for imperfections.

Possible merge with a conversation that was happening a couple days ago?  Also, I really like this blue but count me in as one hoping for a light blue!

@Lowbrass - Good idea.  Probably going to be a lot of future posts once folks start ordering and receiving these new, blue, magical spheres. The two threads have been merged under the "2020 Master Touch Deep Ocean Blue" title.

So I pre-ordered one on Sat from Amazon . The expected delivery date was Nov 21 -25 2020,  then the date was changed to Nov 21-25 2019. I should have it this month. I have been wanting a dark blue ,so I jumped on it. Now it will be here this month , not next year. No idea why it was originally 2020 . Maybe a typo. Ill post pictures when I get it out of the Box.

Better make them artistic too.  I want sunrise, mid day, sunset, and nature photos.  Hell just spring for a photo shoot with a photographer.

Well, anyone who knows me, knows that I love the blue Webers more than any other color. This is a beautiful grill and I love that Weber is throwing more colors at us than we've seen in a long time.  Having said that, this isn't making me excited enough to rush out and buy one.  Don't get me wrong, it is great and my opinion about buying one may change when I see it in the natural sunlight, but at this point in my personal collecting, I was really hoping to see more of a blue wave/modern glen blue. I have a feeling that this shade would probably sell better to the average Joe Griller so I am not faulting Weber, just wishing out loud as the secondary market prices for light blues have been driven up and out of my range of affordability.

@Weber Can we get this beautiful blue on an 18 please?

YES! I've been eyeing a CGA, and  those CGA colors (http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/index.php?topic=26449.0) are so beautiful! That said, I don't want to pay collector's prices for an excellent condition colored CGA when I plan on cooking with it and taking it on occasional picnics or camping trips.

If anyone was going back and forth on this one it is currently unavailable on Amazon. Maybe they posted it too early or only had X available for initial shipment?  It really isn't that much of a price difference from Weber.com though.  The only real benefit from going Amazon is I think it was $5 or $7 cheaper and if you have a Prime card you can get 5% back to help knock down the tax expense.

I got a box delivered to my doorstep today .i cant wait to get it outside in the the daylight tomorrow , but I really like the color . I know everyone here is dying for a light blue , but I like this shade of blue .

I'm really excited for the return of Blue in the form of Deep Ocean Blue. From the pics I've seen it looks reminiscent of the early MBH shade of blue. Which is my favorite blue color. I'd love to see this DOB MT next to a 78-80 blue. I'm excited!!

I am not so sure they have them in Canada.     In the US they are currently available on Amazon and Weber.com.   

If they aren't available you might have to drive over the border and fortunately that isn't that far for you based on your location.  If there isn't a shop nearby that has one I am sure a member in the New York area would be cool with ordering it for you (with payment) or just being a delivery location so you can pick it up later.

Got my deep ocean blue Master Touch Monday from Home Depot. Did some chicken thighs and a fatty. Got the fatty a little dry. The thighs were great. Practice makes perfect.

Why is that priced like a black and not like the other colors?

It is also priced like the green and the somewhat reddish color ones.  My guess is because all are offered at the big box stores, versus the other colors that are Weber "exclusive".

My apologies.  I made a slight error.  I forgot the deep ocean blue & the Weber direct "exclusive" colors are available only on the high end Master Touch series.  Basically, the colors available at the big box retailers are all priced the same as the comparable black grill in the same series.

The regular green & reddish ones (along with the copper color) available at the big box retailers are on the weber website, but in the "original kettle series" which includes the "premium" ones with the ash can.  See https://www.weber.com/US/en/grills/charcoal-grills/original-kettle-series/

Pictures look great, I wish Weber didn't use those pictures that look so simulated.
