Title: Kroger Brand Briquets
Post by: yippee on July 07, 2019, 06:30:56 PM
Hello all. Has anybody used the Kroger brand briquets or know who makes them? I ran to Kroger tonight to buy a few groceries and ended up buying some charcoal while I was there so I could cook some hot dogs when I got home. I was looking at a bag of the Kroger briquets, which according to the bag look very similar to the Royal Oak briquets. I had a bag of the Kroger brand in my hand and almost bought it to try out, but decided to stick with the Royal Oak after all. I was just curious if anybody has used it or knows if Royal oak is manufacturing it for Kroger?

I'm pretty sure Kroger briquettes say 'Ridge' which would make them Royal Oak.
