Hello. New to this forum. Recently purchased my second Weber Kettle, Weber Summit Charcoal Grill Cooker. Been using it some to learn how to cook with it. Read a lot and got some accessories. First few cooks have been pork ribs, back and spare, shoulder, venison roast. Planing on first try with chicken wings and thighs, and beef steak.
