I saw on Home Depot's website two new Weber Thermometers. A 6752 for $90 and a 6753 for $80. They are called Snapcheck Thermometers and they look similar to a Thermapen. When I went to the Weber site to get more info, they only show the 6753. They don't show a 6752. Does anyone know anything about these new Thermometers?

Got both of them - Thermapen and W Snapcheck (6752, I didn't know they sell 2 models). It's available in Europe since approx. 1 year. IMHO, Snapcheck is even better than Thermapen (faster and more accurate).
I just added 2 short vids on YT showing W Snapcheck in action (sorry for poor quality).

I called Weber to try and find out what the differences are between the 6752 and the 6753 thermometers but Weber has no information at all on the 6752. It doesn't come up in their system at all despite the fact that it's on the Home Depot website and on some of the European Weber sites. Weber told me the only way I could find out information on this product was to ask Home Depot about it. I think it's odd that Weber thinks a retailer would know more about Weber products than Weber does.
