I have a new Go Anywhere grate that I believe to be a factory defect. Has anyone ever seen a grate that was not cut correctly? I have emailed Weber surely they will replace it. The lid does not close and the grate does not drop in place.

Oops!!! Weber will send another & you'll get to keep this one. Ten seconds with a cut-off wheel & you'll have two perfect grates.

That's what I figured would happen. They have been really good the few times I've had to call. I just held it up looking at it scratching my head thinking what am I missing here, how is this going to work.

I guess when I sent Weber CS the request I did not specify which grate it was, (I assumed the pictures would show it's the cooking grate). So they are shipping both a charcoal and cooking grate. Those guys at Weber are the best.
