Title: Popped my 26er cherry tonight

10 thighs, 4 ears of sweet corn and 3 potatoes. My SnS is my charcoal basket full of GFS Lump.

Nice cook! My wifes fav and were lucky enough to have a new 26er also...only one cook done so far 2 10lb Pork Shoulders turned out really good

It was nice having all the extra room. I can't wait to run a snake in it.

I'm hoping to score an older MBH flattop soon. I'd much rather have the older version. If I find one, this grill will be moving about an hour north of me.

Looks great! Do you sear the chicken at the end, or cook indirect the entire time?  Either way is fantastic, just curious what you prefer :)

I usually run the snake in my 26. And it's a
