Been through Sesser Illinois, KC MO, Kimball NE, and now in Dubois WY....Teton tomorrow then Yellowstone....marinated chicken breasts on the GGA....will be on the road for 1 month....cya guys. ....

It doesn't get much better then that. Camping on the side of a beautiful river with a Weber, a drink, and some music... perfection. Hopefully there is a fishing pole hiding in there somewhere.

We have been through Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone, Beavertail Hill State Park, MT, and are now in Riverside State Park in Spokane. On our way to Bainbridge Island....here are a few pics of Teton and Yellowstone

Departed Portland & Estacada today....heading to North Rim of the Grand Canyon...3 overnight stops along the way...this is stop #1...Farewell Bend in Huntington, OR. You are looking at the Snake River, which is about a one minute walk from my campsite....

Yesterday we landed in Spruces campground, Big Cottonwood Canyon, UT outside of Salt Lake City... quick overnight stop....today we are in Camp Lutherwood in Long Valley Junction near Panguitch, UT.....these are pics from our morning hike, before we departed Spruces....I'll post Lutherwood in the AM.

I didn't have much time to explore or take photo's at Camp Lutherwood ....but it is a cool little place....the mule deer like it too... On our way to the North Rim now.

Greeetings from the Grand Canyon, North Rim.....this morning as we left Camp Lutherwood in Utah, I saw this caddywampus thumbscrew Weber in the pavilion and knew it would be a good day....our campsite is literally the last site before the rim of the canyon.....site15....look it up.....only some trees seperate us. The view here is spectacular..... It hasn't rained here in a long time....rained the last several days and is threatening right now.....but we are ok with it.....sunshine or clouds, this place is amazing

We are out of Arches in UT and now at our final campsite before the drive home.....my family has pics from Arches, including fiery furnace and delicate arch, but I took none....if I get one sent to me I'll post....very beautiful place. Now we are at Peak One in Frisco, CO....a pic from early last evening...and one from now, as I am about to cook breakfast.

These pics are from Arches National Park (which we visited after North Rim and before Frisco, CO) that I couldn't post a few days ago.....beautiful place but the weather here can turn on a dime. I won't forget the beauty and severity of Arches.
We are now in KC.....had BBQ from Kansas City Joe's (formerly known as Oklahoma Joe's). The shredded pork & the brisket were awesome. After 27 days and well over 6,000 miles on the road, we are heading home....will be back in GA on Monday.

My wife and I made the mistake of stopping by the Airstream dealer on the way home from the beach the other day.
The little Sport is cute. The money is cute too - 45k
We didn't have the 540 million winning ticket that was sold two minutes from the house, so that will need to wait.

@dazzo LOL! Maybe the winner will share?
The Runaways are inexpensive.....box on wheels with a/c units. They are customizable and run about $5K-$7K.....that said, we rented one for less than $50 a night. The roof top tent is ours.
