I have one in my stable, burned out and ready to go, that I have yet to use.

Congrats on the mini wsm. I recently acquired a 14 wsm also to go with my 18. First run I did on mine was pork belly burnt ends followed by a nice 7 pound pork shoulder shoulder spiced up for carnitas. Love having the little one for smaller cooks. Its super efficient.

Congrats! I also just got one off Craigslist and put two racks (split in half) on the top rack last night. They came out great - I really love that little smoker. You'll be surprised at how efficient it is! Good looking family you got there!
