That's cool! Last year, I bought my grand daughter an SJ coppertop for her 8th birthday. Get them started young! 8)

All I can say is, I showed her a few things, then stepped aside and took pictures. She did the rest. She loves the kitchen, cooking, BBQing. AND, already has knife skills! YAY!!

My wife has two daughters from a previous marriage, as do I. All 4 of them were very fertile... :o We now have 16 grand kids. Emily took the kitchen/cooking/BBQ seriously. My oldest grandson TJ also. It is soooo cool to teach them, and when they pay attention and actually learn from your efforts... so rewarding!
