First cook on my Yellow 22. Went to Smokehaus down the road for their Beef Brisket Burgers.
1/2 lb. each at 6.99 a pound. NOT chop meat. They don't sit in your stomach like a grease ball.
Simply delicious.

wow thats pretty cool. I've heard people reference the reds and yellows change color but I've not yet actually seen it!

You are a lucky man... the only color change I've seen with my Webers is on my hands and arms... :)
