The kettle
Warming Rack has not been available in Oz since 2006, so I made this from an old hinged Rack. Worked really well.

Love it. I can see the simplicity in that. I never would have thought to use the entire grate

But ya'll should use caution when thinking of these sorts of raised grates as being "warming" racks. They cook food, and at a faster rate than what's below (if comparing regular indirect).

Now that I think of it, you're right. Temp in my 22.5" is actually hotter closer to the top. Forgot about that. Still like the dog parking lot idea.
