Title: Hello from Brno, Czech Republic
Post by: Pat Smith on May 18, 2017, 12:43:57 AM
Hi,

I'm Patrick, I'm half Czech, half German and I've lived in the Czech Republic for 11 years now. This is also where I got my first OTP and I'm still using it and I love it...and all sorts of accessoires. I came across this forum as I am looking for wooden replacement handles. One the plastic handles on my beloved kettle broke as a result of a storm...and I want something more sturdy. But it's nice to see people from all over the world sharing their passion, too. :-)

Have a great day everyone!

Hi Patrick and Welcome from California.  Here is a link for you to browse some of the custom handles Brian (zavod44) has made.  Send him a private message and he will let you know what he has available.

Hello Patrick and welcome to the WKC from Eugene, Oregon.  New kettle cooks are always welcome.  I just spent two great days in San Francisco w/ my wife's cousin (Czech Rep ancestry), she loves BBQ and single malt scotch :)
