Title: Smoked porkbelly
Post by: eh.schroder on April 09, 2017, 01:02:13 PM
Today I smoked porkbelly with apple wood. It was marinated for 4 days using the recipe from youtube Mele Best. Tasted great warm, cold even better.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/6904d8952ac9c40f61ffa8a5ddb946be.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/c9cd1ca2f357d5ff0a60f4f68a494612.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/8c35716b1f3be9006739199e4b8aa354.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/dd22c6cd232f825764864ee2152ee0b8.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/5b8688827ce9749990c465a1c3b9ef70.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170409/7097d8847f399f752710f759e8df60cc.jpg)

Eggs and biscuits in the morning? Looks great. Are you breaking in a new GBS grate as well?

Yes I am, although the original one is still fine but I like the gbs options as well. It's now nice and greasy.
