I'm a couple hours into a baby back rib smoke... looking good! Hope to be eating in about 45 mins :)  We only got 12 or 13 inches of snow here... folks up north of us got a bit more.

Probably not till the weekend. I'll be working the next couple days restoring power to those who lost electricity in NJ (PSE&Garea)
