That green is gorgeous!!! The red doesn't look bad either.
Pulled em off at 120 and gave them a little sear. They are now loosely foiled and resting.

I was supposed to be in San Francisco with my girlfriend and daughter, but I got sick earlier this week and wasn't well enough to go with them. I haven't eatin much so today I was craving a "meal". I didnt cook it outside, or on my weber but DANG, for putting together an "idea" it turned out GOOOOD!! some carne asada in the CI, mexican rice, Bolillo roll and avocado spread. It worked! Hope everyone is having a safe and happy Christmas eve!!!
