I guess this would count as a accessory?

I have a pair of these I got last year and they really do make quick work of pulling pork and are fairly handy at lifting heavy things off the rack.
They also have some pretty wide skewers

All of this was on a stand alone rack near the assembled grills. There was also a entire side devoted to rubs and sauces

Lots of Stubbs and some of my new favorite 'Rub Some Butt' Carolina style rub which I had found earlier this year at Academy, haven't tried the sauce yet but I will.

I might have to grab some rubs and sauces as well as a set of those claws. I have a plastic set that work well, but would rather have metal.
I picked up a pair of those meat claws at crate and barrel outlet for $5. They are pretty nice!
