Title: Ranch Kettle ?

just wondering if there is a shelf or some sort of attachment that attaches to the plates located on both ends of moving handle ive researched and cant find a thing so judt wondering what the intent / purpose is of these plates.

I've never seen any. Are they welded to the frame?

While I don't have the RK, I did make some brackets that I attached to the frame of my chopped RK and added Primo fold down side tables.

Not really clear on what you want to do, but here is what I did on the Mini Ranch

If you look at the upper front L&R leg brackets, I used hole plugs backed with silicone to cover the holes for the handle. I assumed the handle attached at these points, unaware of a bracket - something I should look into.

I know what he's talking about. At the ends of the ranch's 'handle bar' there are these overhanging flaps of metal with holes drilled through. They look like the standard ranch mounting holes, but they're not used.

Rt angle tabs with a single hole, above and below the handle.  To the left of the uprightleg in the middle of the photo.

yep thats them, just odd there not for a purpose naturally one would think there for a table mount
