I have a 22 Kettle and I picked up the medium size Vortex. I think the Medium is the most versatile as well. Love cooking chicken on this thing the most lol. Have cooked some wicked good steaks using it and just flipped it big end up and fixed my first ever Pork Shoulder using it as well. Need to pick me up a couple more Kettles so zi can have one with my Vortex, one with Slow n Sear and one with regular baskets lol. Love supporting small local companies so enjoy picking up little tools like these.
