Title: Convection Accessory?

HELP!: I recently saw an accessory that when placed in the center of a kettle (it was available in two sizes) allowed you to create a convection aspect to the cook> I thought I bookmarked it, but NOOOOOOO! Anyone have a name/link/info on this? Thanks! And Happy Holidays!
