Should be here middle of next week. She fell in love with my new CopperTop, soooo here we go. Let's get her started at 8 years old with her own... Pics and more pics to follow when it gets here! This is gonna be fun!!
The matching copper SJ is awesome! She will definitely love it. Nice work, Pop-pop.

Awww, that's awesome. I have a Lime Green SJ that I'm holding on for one of my daughters. It will compliment the Lime green Performer in the yard. Waiting on the metal table from Weber, got shipping confirmation this afternoon! The Coppers are really cool and I bet 20 years down the road will be sought after.
That's awesome ~~~! As it's for your young grand daughter, are you familiar with the vent handle mod ?
That's great! I did something similar for my daughter. I got her a lime sj with the date code from the year she was born. It's waiting for her to be old enough to start grilling! Still need to get one for my youngest daughter.

The mod makes it ridiculously easy to adjust the vents without burning yourself.

Thanks for the links, I'm on it! :)
And thanks everyone for the kind words!
Great gift for the grand daughter and the vent handle mod is brilliant.
Beautiful little kettle. What does she plan on cooking first?
What a gem. That's awesome.

Thanks all! Not sure what the first cook will be... knowing her, she'll want wings or brats... :)
You'll have to fabricate a vortex to fit.
