Norma!

Starting to take shape:
before:

so far:
front leg replaced with steel leg
axle replaced with original axle
sourced 6" steel wheels from the 1960's. Tread is a perfect match to original.
On the utility pan is an oval of glue residue where the Topper sticker once was in place
to do: general clean up of lid and bowl
