After getting several comments about my shirt today, I realized that I should probably re-launch the campaign

A shirt came today.  Not the Weber Kettle Club shirt that I ordered.  I don't know what it is, has writing all over it.  I responded by their online form, explaining the problem and asked for a correction or refund.  I hope they make it right.

They responded,

"A digital reprint at no additional cost. Printing takes five (5) business
days, and the transit time is about 3-5 days for domestic orders.

Got mine shirt today!  Already have a red one and a black hoodie.....this somehow is the second white t-shirt in my closet.

However, that is kinda bad-ass that you got someone elses family reunion shirt.

@Troy - I thought it was a cool shirt too.  Fortunately, they got my size right so I will be wearing it. Someone at the Hinton-Randall Reunion will probably be sporting a WKC flag shirt.

So i get home and my shirt is here, cool, I'll open it after I get done eating... I'm getting dinner ready, tamales I bought from a guy at work, I sit down to eat, turn on my comp and just cruising the forum when I see all this talk... I can't go either, it's too far north for me.

I got my tshirt a week or so ago, love the shirt, however, I am a little disappointed on size, I wear a 2xl because I am a fat arse and it fits very snug like an xl and it has never been washed, it will likely shrink.   :(

Teespring has excellent customer service. You can use this link and live chat with a customer service representative.  Explain to them the issue you have with the size and I bet they will replace it. They resolved my issue immediately.

Maybe they changed brands, the ones I got in previous orders didn't run small.
Contact customer service of teespring, see what they can do.

I will check it out, it was the most expensive, I don't want to make a big deal but I did drop $27 on a t shirt and I would have hoped it would have fit nicely.  Maybe I need to lose a little weight.   :)

It depends on what colors you order.  The blue shirt I ordered is a Teespring branded shirt is thinner and runs smaller than the Hanes brand which was the white shirt I ordered.  The Hanes is made with a heavier material also.

Yeah mine was light grey, I know Hanes and probably should have stuck with that brand.  I will contact them, I may get a pic of it next to my regular Hanes xl tshirts.  I wear Hanes xl t shirts for undershirts to hopefully have a slimming effect, when I where a tshirts just as a shirt I want a little room. We'll see what happens.

Troy, I just looked, I ordered Premium Tee, I need to look at the tag to see what I actually got though.

As a followup here, I did contact customer service and they are doing a great job of taking care of me.

The time that I was to receive my replacement shirt came and went and still no shirt.  I contacted customer service and asked for a full refund.  They countered with I could choose a different shirt or get a store credit.  By this time I was finished with them and asked again for a full refund.  They did issue me a full refund.  Lesson learned.

I had no problems and love my shirt.  I ordered the premium and I do think it runs a bit small, but it's a good fit for me.  I'd say it's an athletic/slim cut rather than just running small.

Just wanted to give some positive feedback!
