I've bought many items from this outfit and they are totally legit.
I have no doubt their kit works great but you can buy the same thing at your local home Depo, etc.

You can get very similar casters at a lot of places including like these locking (http://www.harborfreight.com/material-handling/casters-swivel/3-inch-x-3-4-quarter-inch-stem-swivel-caster-with-brake-90992.html) and these non-locking (http://www.harborfreight.com/material-handling/casters-swivel/3-inch-x-3-4-quarter-inch-stem-swivel-caster-90997.html) at Harbor Frieght.
