Title: Save Old Blue from the Maryland landfill
Post by: Cellar2ful on May 26, 2016, 01:37:31 PM

This is a picture and thread from a Facebook post on Weber Kettle Fans.  The author says he attempted to rescue it but the disposal place has a no scavenging rule.  Any WKC members with clout in Maryland?  They have posted contact information for the landfill site in Grasonville Transfer Station  (phone # 410-827-7700).  Maybe with enough phone calls it will be rescued.  I don't think they want this picture on the news on Memorial Day Weekend.

Drag a 12 pack in there and put it in its place. I'm sure they will look the other way.

The junk yard dude probably wants to "scavenge" it home to his place himself
