This thing is nicer than my wood working bench!

That's really something !!!!!
That thing is gorgeous!! To the wood workers out there, how much do you think that cost to build?
Overall looks pretty sweet, but the leg supports don't look so hot to me. I would have preferred to keep the legs longer so the bottom end of the triangle could be braced.

I agree, Hank. I think this thing is a beauty, for sure. But the leg support seems to be overkill. But then again, some people enjoy the overkill. To each his own, I guess.

To have it built, or to buy the wood and hardware and build it yourself? Build it yourself, maybe a couple of hundred. If I was building this for someone, with all the detail involved I'd charge maybe $1500, maybe more. It is only pine, but again, there is loads of top notched detail work here.
That is beautiful! I like the use they made of the Slide Aside accessory.
It looks like it either was inspired by a traditional wood working bench, or it was customized from one. Where the kettle sits could have been where a table saw or router would have been. The counter top overhang leads me to think this is inspirational rather than customized. Did you notice the drawer pins on the kettle support close up, nice touch! Very nice craftsmanship, 1.5k to 2k wouldn't be out of line. Wish I had the patience to make something like this.
All I know is I'd love some drawers for my chimney and gloves and tools for storage. You hear that, Weber!? 2014 Performer Gold?
looks kinda ikea-ish
