Title: Stuffed MOINKS!
Post by: 1911Ron on February 01, 2016, 02:03:44 PM
I was doing some shopping in Walmart awhile back and found spicy cheese stuffed meatballs and finally got to fix them (stupid work  ::))
last weekend

Wrapped them with the bacon, sprinkled them with brown sugar and Webers Honey Garlic rub.
Did them on my homemade Mini smoker.

And done!

Next time I may sauce them(or not ;D) and try a different approach with the brown sugar and rub, overall they were very good with just the right heat and sweet.  :)

@LightningBoldtz  I think that adding cheese brings them to a new level, I noticed some of the cheese oozed out during the cook just a fyi.  What kind of cheese are you using?
