Title: Best Way to Restore/Refinish Old Weber Wood Handles?
Post by: Hetron on January 18, 2016, 08:37:20 PM
What's the best way to clean and restore old wood Weber handles?  My grill was made in 1982.  What kind of wood was used for the handles?  Teak?

Have any pics of the existing handles?  I've been able to refinish many with some coarse & ultra fine sandpaper, new stain, & spar varnish. Otherwise, you can purchase some Zavod handles

I sand them as little as possible and apply several coats of Watco Teak Oil.
