I did not have a good look at the logo as to if it is enamel or just a 'Dickel', no, sorry, a decal..................

@Hogsy , if you're not keeping the booklet can you please send it to me? I collect any and all JD and it would fit great in my giant collection. The WSM has a decal instead of a permanent marking on it?
