Here is an interesting find that was located just outside of Calgary Alberta Canada. This is a Euro "DZ" or 2008 Model Master Touch... I had no idea they continued to make the old design that long overseas after scrapping it here in the US and Canada.
Jackie, the nice lady that owned the grill, said that the grill was originally purchased in Dubai which I thought was pretty cool. I'm really digging the color - this is essentially a Crate and Barrel MT 8)
Enjoy guys!

ps - I've somehow lost the inner wire from the ash bucket, thus the zap straps ;)
Matt
Nice! And to have come from so far away too, gives it a great back story.
I really like the darker handles against that green!
How the heck do you find all these exotic kettles?!?!? Cool find.

Cool, cool, cool. The top handle has a reddish appearance, (looks almost like Cocobolo Rosewood), while the bowl handle is more brownish.....stock handles?
@SixZeroFour you are a kettle finding monster... You must have some lazy grill fellas up in the Seattle/BC area ;D :-[ ::) :o
Just kidding guys I'm just teasing you. I can't find shit amongst the NorCal grill seekers ;D
What a Beauty!

Now all you need is a C&B Grass Green Performer ;D ;D ;D Your find is just stunning, nearly flawless, congrats on the find & cleanUP. SJ
Wow, was it even used or did you do a cleanup? Nice grab.

yep - i've seen the old school MT's in ivory, lemongrass and spring green over the summer.
the bummer part is they are the lower height.
awesome find in canada for sure!
Cheers all!

Generally on hard to find grills you need to act VERY fast in order to beat the flood of others hoping to snag the same thing... then also hope you run into an honest seller who follows a bit of CL etiquette. I'd say it's about 50/50 on that but there are a lot of cool folks out there that will honor the sale if you contact them first.
I find that most of the time even the CL alerts or search apps don't catch stuff right away and can take 30min to an hour before you get a notification. By that time its usually too late. You'd be surprised how many listings are posted, sold, then deleted all within an hour. Repairing and selling gas BBQ's is a way I make some money on the side so I'm also checking ads more than most sane people would. ;)

lol - wow - good eye Hoss. It appears that when I was installing the handles I not only swapped the wrong back onto either handle, but also managed to pick two different woods. :o :o ;D

I'd trade my never used new Ivory MT for a nice clean older style any day of the week ;)
As a cooker the new MT is brilliant but it just doesn't have the same character as the oldies IMO :)
What a awesome looking kettle. Love that color. Thanks for posting as I'm drooling right now. Lol
That's one of the best looking kettles I've ever seen. Man is that sweeeeeeet!

Wow, was it even used or did you do a cleanup? Nice grab.
I wiped the lid and bowl down with a rag but they either kept it very clean or didn't use it much. The legs needed to be cleaned and polished and this is a replacement triangle as the original was just a bit too far gone. Congrats on a Green C&B find Yourself! Looking forward to learning about the brownie 8)
I saw that in the background of one of yourother pics and was curious. Cool looking grill.
Wow - nice!
That is a beautiful kettle.
I do not know ze zap straps...
Beautiful....those better NOT be stock handles!
No, not stock handles :)
Here's another quick one with the handles sorted out and a proper ash catcher installed (Although I may look for a silver one to use on this color)
