Just ran across this in my dads grill folder. Thought someone who has this grill may want to print out the advertising for it.

That's really cool sss! Thanks for sharing.
That's a cool piece of weber history there!
I thought so. If I had the Simpsons grill I would have that in a frame in my garage.
Thanks!
Doh!
Should this be filed with the Old Weber Catalogs?
Almost makes me wish I'd gotten to that $100 Simpson kettle before the "flipper" put it back on the market for $400 :( SJ
Awesome...I have one...I might just print it out...

Did he ever sell that?
I don't really know ??? It was on CL the day before yesterday, and then I didn't notice it yesterday. The Ask was quite a bit for a $150 kettle. SJ
That is very cool!
So, in the year 2000, this grill was $150 plus tax.
Using this calculator for inflation in the following link: http://www.usinflationcalculator.com
Then that same grill NIB would cost $207.59 + tx in 2015 .... Something to ponder when making a potential purchase of an older grill.
Did they have advertising like this for the Simpsons SJ too?
@Hogsy I have not seen one
