These are more sturdy & reusable than aluminum. just that rust is possible, buy extras

+With a cheap set of tin snips & leather gloves you can do some custom fabrication (baffle/partitions, etc)

The 9" might make a decent internal ash pan for an SJS is you drilled air holes around the edge.

Great tip. Restaurant supply stores have similar items for similarly low prices.
