CL comes through again. Another $40 find:
The bowl looks slightly out-of-round...damn Weber air leaks. :o

Great score!
Absolutely! Great find!
I really want one of those. awesome find!
Looks great! I just asked, my wife won't let me get one...damn!
That's in great shape! Had it ever been used?
I asked him the same thing! "Only when the kids wanted to". He followed the instructions and put sand in the bowl. ;D
There's a NIB one here in the sf bay area on CL. $100. It's tempting. I offered $80 and he said no.
Well, it will last more than 20 yrs, so it's <$1/yr. :)
Great Find!!! Nice job
Nice! Congrats!
Yours is really nice. Mine is a little beat up but works great. The top does a really good job of deflecting heat out towards bodies.
I just got one today and it's quite different. The legs and center ring uprights are steel painted black not galvanized like yours. They also don't turn out at the top to hold the lid, they are built into the lid
Found a cover at a nearby True Value....last one, shipped there 4/11.
Cheaper than Amazon, which has 7 left.

Thanks. I'll check Amazon
I am trying to find one of these... if anyone knows of any please let me know.
Thanks,
Greg
Great score! I've got one and I love using it. I keep and old cooking grate in the bottom which gives it great airflow and protects the bowl nicely.

Do you use a 22" cooking grate.
I am considering a 26" charcoal grate, when I get one.
Do you have sand in yours too?
It's either a 22 or an 18. I honestly don't remember and it's kind of buried in the shed until the spring thaw. I'm pretty sure it's a 22. A 26 would be way more than you would need since the bowl tapers in.

If I didn't have one I'd be all over a NIB for a Benji.
I didn't see one on SF CL ???
