It's Ivory. Rather costly, but that's why I worked all those years.

Wow. Big fan of this colour. May I suggest Zebra Wood for handles. If I ever laid my hands on an Ivory it would have those in a hurry....but I would cook on it too....wouldn't be able to stop myself I do believe. Cleaning that cooker after cooking would be a royal pain but it'd be worth it.

Guys, I have handles ordered from Brian. Sent him a picture
of it and he suggested some woods. I'll post another picture
after the handles are installed. It won't be cooked on.

I would cook on it in a heart beat. I would also be cleaning it continuously!
