Tomorrow's Menu:
Roasted Pig, 60 lb - Cuban Style in La Caja China
Wings , 3 Types - Buffalo, Larry Wolfe's Orange Marmalade Schiracha & BBQ
Party will consist of 50-60 people and will be held at my buddy's house.
