Title: Pork Carnitas - has anyone tried this?
Post by: Weber MD on May 30, 2014, 03:12:26 PM
Grillfellas,

I've been looking for recipes where I can use a CI dutch oven on the grill.  Have any of you tried this Weber recipe? It looks delicious:

I've done similar carnitas using a different recipe. It's the same theory though in the Dutch oven using country pork.

WeberMD, I owe you a beer (oh, okay 6 beers!).  This is an incredible recipe.  First time out, knocked it out of the park.  Incredible flavors, beautiful results.

I will definitely do this again.  THANK YOU!!
