I really hated not being able to attend. It's good to see you guys brought so much color out to Napa. I'm glad to see my neighbor Dazzo was able to make it with that hot rod gasser. I can't wait to see more. :)

 Jeff....I brought mine too......but his cooking on the gas unit was so smooth & spectacular I didn't even fire mine up.......just stuck to my 'Turds........ :o

What kind of turds did you make Buckie?  I'm making more today.   I see you guys made ribs too!  That's great.  Looking forward to a member group shot.  How was the weather?  Looks ok...except for some wind.  :(

 Tandoori spiced cream cheese.....

 P-nut butter & jelly w/ Russian forest fruit compote jam.............

 Ham lunchmeat wrapped ( half-assed, ham dried out too much)..........

 Bacon wrapped baby clams.................

 Aidell's chicken/apple mini's, half sliced w/ jerk rub & straight cr. cheese............

 Very thin sliced ribeye & brisket wrapped, straight cr. cheese w/ cactus honey powder sprinkle...............

 And some bacon wrapped onion rings..........

 Mirkwood's ribs were hyper-tender & very smooth flavored............


  Some of the 'Turds & Deep Fried Tater Salad......in the staging area.....

That was really nice of you Buckie. I really regret not being able to make it, but can se so far it was a blast. Thanks for the legs, I have just the grill for them.
