I just got into Weber kettles and I am super excited to get into grilling for my family more. I purchased a 22.5" OTG a couple weeks ago and while I was doing some online research on the OTG, I came across Brian's wooden handles. I was blown away that these were not direct from the Weber factory! They looked amazing and made every kettle I saw with them look 1000 times better. I had to have them. Once I put my order in, Brian was fantastic at communicating when my order would be going out. They shipped super fast and when I got them they definitely did not disappoint. I get giddy every time I look at my kettle now  ;D Thanks Brian.

Nice!  Is that a new copper OTG?  The handles make a huge difference.

Thanks for the kind words.  I try to do these the best I can. I hope everyone enjoy's the handles.  I hope you are as excited as I was the very first time I bolted them on.  I was excited then and I'm always excited to see someone else's grills with the wood handles that I made.  Thanks again....It's nice to hear it...

They will go on the chimney starter....You need to grind off the two nubs on the metal handle on the stater and they bolt right on....I have them on all of mine....I know G has added them as well

Gonna hit you up for an order this week. Do you still make that metal bracket that bolts to the ash catcher ring on the SS performers and MT?

Great, guess I know where the 2 EXTRA Zavods I ordered are going now.   ::)

(Couldn't I just drill a small counter-bore hole in the back side of the handle and retain the two "nubs" to keep the handles from spinning like they do on my newish kettles?  [I'm going to figure out a fix for that BTW!])

Got any pics of these wooden gems on a chimney?
Interested in ANY offset handle SJs you may have.

You can do that too....that is a better idea, I just never know how handy people are....That is actually what I did.

That's a sweet photo up top! I like how the handles keep the original look.

Yep. It's the new copper model. The copper color is really nice in person. From what I understand, it only comes in copper on the 22.5" OTG model.
