 This is a great idea......here's some contribution.....
 I'm getting the Japanese fruitless plum slabbed up.....just trying to figger the best way to get it out there....







It's not quite as interesting in the interior as I once thought, but still pretty nice....

I also have a gorgeous redwood tiger burl table that's gotten weatherbeaten on the outside & may not be able to be revived......torn on whether or not to carve it up, but it would be terrific.......

I would go for some WKC custom handles. I have a feeling there will be a few old (new to me) kettles in my future. :)

Don't need any new handles yet, but I'm hoping to get my hands on some more grills now that the weather is turning a bit nicer.  I would definitely buy from you.  The handles you made for my Smokey Joe Platinum and my 14" WSM are fantastic!
