Funny, I was just thinking that Brian could probably make some cool handles to replace the ones on the kettle AND the handles on the pizza kettle.  Something in a dark walnut would look good against the copper kettle.

Did you notice the ceramic thermocouple probe - it replaces the woefully inadequate pizza kettle temp gauge.  I am going to mount a holder on the right side pizza kettle handle that will support my themoworks TW8060.  Need to keep it a good distance away from the hot kettle.  Then i will clean up the wire for the probe so it is not just hanging there.
