I don't ever remember seeing one that wouldn't fold all the way out flat.....maybe I just lead a sheltered life.............not sure, but sometimes if they're pushed to one side or the other they won't swing easily......

So Weber has that kind of basket still?

I thought that was old style......would maybe get some if you have a number handy?

The cleanup / fixup looks really sharp !!!!!!

The number is 960080 but hold onto your wallet.

eReplacements are 20.98 each and Weber hooked me up for 37 and change for two of them.

They didn't charge me shipping because they were sending me some free parts anyway.

My grate system showed up so I am in the home stretch.

Here are the cooking grates.

Far one is off a 2004 OTG and the one closest is off my SS Performer

That's odd.......looks like the first of the fixed center bars is too close......maybe something they noticed & later fixed?

Thanks for that #......just good to know they're still around......those baskets look to be a better mousetrap than the sheet steel ones....... 8)

I need to measure them but it also looks like the older ones are made out of larger diameter material.

I thought I read something about that with the really early stuff but not the 90's era.
