Congrats Buckie!   I can't think of a more well-deserving forum member for all of your contributions to this great place!
Interested in ANY offset handle SJs you may have.

Thanks, SAX !!!!

You know, I was thinking that featuring folks like this & the "Putting a Name With a Face" thread are the kinds of things that really make WKC different from your average forum......that and all the classic kettle stuff............. 8)

Sad news Ken touched many of us. It didn't matter who you were or where you lived, he was always willing to help everyone out.  RIP Ken.

Say it ain't so!

1Buckie's cooks were definitely inspirational for me as well.  My favorite quote:

"The basic thing for me is I just love to feed people & see them really enjoy it !!!"

I'll be smoking a fatty and grilling up some ABT's soon in honor of this legendary Grillfella.

Godspeed, Ken.  You'll be missed by the WKC.

Never got to "meet" or interact with Ken and for that I am sad. I am grateful that his posts will live on. I have already begun to dive into them. Seemed like an awesome guy!

Is the putting a face to the name forum post gone? I can't get any links to it to work.

We should get that one going again. 1buckie always seemed to point people to that thread!

SAD

Turds, Yes!

To this day I still make his sausage w/ BBQ sauce he used to pass around at the meetups

His use of the original Weber wok kept me on my toes using mine.

Thanks buckie
